I am warning you not to deal with this spanish gay dude at this location. I patiently waited 45 min to be served. Too only be given the wrong color lipstick I requested from a picture I showed him. When I realize after 30 days when I finally used it I brought it back to the store. Practically NEW! The scrutiny for a stupid Azz lipstick is absurd. He wouldn’t do an exchange and he remembered me. When I buy Mac at Bloomingdales I never have an issue. Then I call the Estée Lauder coorporate. After weeks of being promised an exchange the items I ordered I got email today that they are out of stock. I’m done with Mac! There are too many make up lines. Like Rihanna Fenty. Highlighters etc gloss. The customer service office sucks!

Pushy and rude customer service. They moment they see you aren't ready to make a purchase, they treat you like dirt. A horrible experience all around for my girlfriend and me. We will be taking our business to Sephora going forward.

The girls at this location are awesome!!! They know how to treat customers and don't want to sell you make up you don't need or that does not look good. They listen to the customer and want the customers to come out of the store happy. They really do take the time to listen to the customers needs and give the best service possible. Thank you to Erica and Tasha and all of the ladies and gentlemen at this location for helping me time and time again!!!

I had a bad experience one day. I'm not sure what the girl's name was but she was rude. I shop at TJMAXX so as I walked by the Mac store, I decided to give this store a second chance. I was greeted and helped by a sweet and affable girl named Noelia. She's so patient, knows the makeup line and always helps me find exactly what I'm looking for. And she helps me discover new products and colors. I only shop at this location when Noelia is working. (I always call ahead) I love this girl! Makes me feel important and beautiful! (I gave 4 stars due to my bad experience) Ever so many thanks Noelia! - Jax818

Let me start by offering a HUGE, THANK YOU to MAC.............. Every time I need a gift for my GF (who only wears MAC Cosmetics) I shop at this MAC store only. The staff here is the best and always gets me exactly what my GF wants (even if she dose not know it yet). Erika in particular goes out of her way to make sure that my GF is thrilled. For me as a guy this is the worst part about having a GF, cosmetics and the time it takes for my GF to get ready (even if it is only 15 mins). But she is so beautiful and after the MAC is applied even more beautiful. So once again THANK YOU ERIKA AND MAC in Tarzana, Ca.
