How to beat highway Hell My daily commute is In the News today : The portion of the U.S. 101 between Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Vignes Street is the country’s most jampacked roadway, according to an analysis by the Auto Insurance Center. On this slice of highway hell, drivers creep along at an average pace of 17 mph. The 26-mile distance takes 91 minutes to travel at peak rush hour. So how could I smile when I was barely creeping forward? Drive thru coffee helps but the real solution is midway between home and work at Yogaworks Tarzana and Hayleigh Zachary Yoga at 06:30 am. Vinyasa Flow moves a lot quicker than the 101 traffic and that’s how I beat the highway hell. Thank you Hayleigh and Yogaworks , Namaste.

More like YOGA-JERKS!!!! This place is the WORST yoga studio I have ever been to! They are inflexible (no pun intended) and too stuffy! Yoga is supposed to be relaxing, stress-free and calming. Not so here!! First of all, the classes are such a jumble of styles, with the use of SO many props, it's hard to even know what the heck is going on. I've been doing yoga for over 10 years and I have never had such a bad experience. I joined this studio for the second time recently, thinking that maybe it would be better. Nope! Anytime, you have something you want to talk to management about (which I only had two things), they are completely fixed in their ways and not flexible with their "policies". I am a small business owner and if I treated my clients they way they do, I wouldn't have any. The yoga classes themselves, are ridiculous. They spend so much time with props, chairs and other things. I've taken other yoga classes at other studios where we didn't use any chairs or fancy props and they were great. And the fact that they don't use background music in most of their classes is not uplifting at all! It's depressing and boring! The Yogaworks concept is great. Pay monthly if you want to work out a lot; a variety of styles; a locker room with showers and lockers. The reality is that they don't know a thing about customer service!!!! The worst part about it is the personnel. They are snooty and inflexible. I HATE THIS PLACE!
