Mac and Kris are great guys.  They listen and offer their advice and insights but don't push.  I spoke with Mac about being ready to upgrade away from my Genesis MaxAir to a bike better suited to my riding style, with the intent on buying used.  To my surprise, the Fugi Absolute that he showed me was in the price range I had in mind, and was new.  He had no problems when I said I wanted to research it online before making a decision.  Well, I bought it and love it.  It's a clear winner over my other bike.  And the after sale benefits are great!  First time up and cable adjustments for a year.

Great shop with good selection of bikes, gears, and parts! They helped me find exactly what I wanted and at the price point I needed it in. Chris spent the time to answer all my questions so I would be comfortable with my new bike! Mac and Chris are both very friendly and seemed much more interested in helping me get exactly what I needed than just making a sale. This is a great local shop that you should definitely check out!

Mac and Chris could not have been more accommodating. They took as much time as was needed to explain every aspect of the bike, accessories, and purchase details. This is the best small business experience I've had. They really take the best care of their customers.

I discovered Mac’s Harpeth Bike Shop in 2013 where I’ve had bike fittings, purchased cycling accessories, and had all manner of bike maintenance done.  It’s a real bike shop that gives you personalized attention, access to group rides from the shop’s patrons and sometimes just a place to hang out when it’s raining or miserable outside.

I purchased a custom Waterford bike in 2016 and it’s absolutely fabulous.  The bike was built at Mac’s Harpeth Bike Shop.  The measurements and the order were done at the bike shop with the rest of the bike build happening there.  Shimano Ultegra Di2 group set and the custom built wheels from the bike shop added the icing to the cake.  A+ and a job well done!  I love this bike.

The bike shop is very family friendly.  Customer service is top notch.  Maintenance and repairs are done in a timely manner and if you have something special you need, just let them know. When they say, “We will listen”, they do.

I am a casual rider and I can honestly say, Mac’s Harpeth is a great local shop for bikes parts. They have wild selections of bikes as well as equipment or bike racks. The guys in this place are surely helpful and fun to interact with. Not only they were kind, they are really professional when it comes dealing to bikes and they sure enjoying giving away some usable tips. Price range may be a little too high though, but it certainly reasonable and well worth it. Anyways, I love this shop, and I will sure use their service again.
