Story

We’re located a 234 5th Ave N, Franklin, TN 37064.

It has always been a family tradition to ride bicycles. Whether a long distance ride or a short trip around the block, we always enjoyed the ride. And being from a family who likes to think outside the box, we’ve always been open to new adventures.

While on a trip to the beautiful West Coast, we rented an electric Pedego bike, and immediately fell in love. Shortly thereafter, we decided to make Pedego Franklin a reality, and couldn’t be more excited about this next great adventure!

Pedego electric bikes combine style and function to open up cycling to anyone who might otherwise not be getting the benefits from bike riding. Many people would like to ride a bike, but find it impractical or impossible because of hills, distance, health reasons, knee problems, aging, or the inconvenience of having to shower and change at work. Pedego electric bikes make biking much more accessible to the 98% of the population who aren’t currently cyclists.

I had the pleasure of visiting Franklin for my birthday weekend back in September. I'm so ashamed I haven't sat down to write a review until now. In short - this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! By far the highlight of my trip! Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful and they made me feel like I was an expert, even though I was a total beginner! After being fitted for the most appropriate bike and small crash course, my friend and I were ready to set out on our voyage. The weather was perfect and the neighborhood was so serene. The only thing better than riding the bikes was the customer service! Bob and his wife were the sweetest people I've met in a long time. Wonderful location, awesome activity, and amazing owners - I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My fiancé and I went on the Make It A Date ride and it was super fun! You don't even have to pedal! It is GREAT. Also, the food tasted awesome. The only bad thing was that the seats make your booty hurt after a while especially when you hit bumps. Other than that, it was awesome, we will be back! :D

I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to tell this story.  I am a disabled veteran with 5 young children,  I bought an electric bike a few years ago to be able to spend time outdoors with my family.  Unfortunately it sat for a while and I couldn't get it to work, so I looked up electric bikes on google and found this place.  I took my bike in to have them look at it and immediately I could tell by the look on his face it wasn't good.  I asked him to just look at it and see what he could do for me.  After a couple of weeks he called me back and said he had it done so I went to the shop with the understanding that I'm in  Franklin and I'm gonna pay dearly for this repair, because there was no one else to fix it.  When I got there the man and his wife were there they brought my bike out and told me to ride it to see what I thought.  Needless to say the bike was repaired completely.  He proceeded to tell me how he had to modify this and do that and replace this and that, all the while I'm thinking this is gonna hurt.  He named off at least 5 or 6 parts that he had to replace and none of them sounded cheap. So at the end of this whole process I finally asked what the damage was gonna be, and to my utter shock and amazement he said $150.  You could have knocked me over with a feather.  This man had to completely rebuild half of the bike and replace the other half and out of the kindness of his heart he only charged me a third of what I estimate the cost should have been. If you have an electric bike that needs attention this is your place.  If I could give 10 stars I would.  Great company greater people. Thanks so much for putting me back on the road, you are my ebike shop from now on.  JT

So much fun!! Went while on vacation and will definitely do again when in Nashville! Wonderful people and highly recommended!
