Amazing Customer service! I went there and Paul approached me professionally and not in an annoying way and ask if I needed help. He was very knowledgeable of cameras and photography which helped me so much! He was super friendly, super nice! I live no where close to here but thanks to this experience this is definitely my Best Buy to go to! I got my $700 camera and also got an apple watch! Go to this best buy for sure and find Paul!

I have come to this location many times and always have a good experience. However, tonight was even a better experience. Brynn helped me and she was awesome! I didn’t realize my online order wasn’t ready for pickup. I know the holidays are insane, but Brynn offered to go get my online items instead of having me wait until I received the email. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during the busiest time of the year. I’m sure she has had long hours during this season, and she didn’t even let it show. She was amazing!

Terrible customer service! I had a gift I have received from Christmas but wanted to exchange. Unfortunately the person who gave the gift did not provide the receipt so the problem started at this point. The person who “helped” us informed that they would provide a gift card with a value of the lowest price they sold the product in the last 90 days. The value returned as $17.99. Everything ok so far, until we looked over the store and found same product for $49.99. We decided to go back to customer service and try to understand the high difference in the price, but they informed there was nothing they could do (which is pretty unacceptable). So I have asked for the product back and I would return the gift card they just gave me. They said they couldn’t do that, because they had already processed the return, and they had only 10 min to rollback (which we spent waiting in the line to talk to them and arguing about the situation). Just after arguing for a while they informed that if we had the phone number and day of the purchase they could try to get the same value. I had to call the person who bought the gift to provide exact price they paid and provide day and time to be able to receive the correct value back for the product! The only reason I will step in a Best Buy again is because now I am stuck with a gift card from the store.

I am very disappointing with the service I have received at The West Jordan Best Buy. I was hoping the salesperson was knowledgeable car audio. I was wrong. It seemed to me that they were only interested in the sale and not me the customer. I purchased a car audio system and was charged for a double din for $79.99 that was for a Dodge Ram truck; I don't even own a Dodge Ram. I gave the sales person all of the information need to install the audio system in my Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately I did not discover this until I got home and looked closer. I called the West Jordan Best Buy back only to here that they sold me the wrong one. Thanks for letting me know what I already knew. They told me that I would have to come back to exchange it. It wasn't until I returned I found out that not only did they sell me the wrong one but the one I need was only $16.99 not $79.99. We got that sorted out and then I received a phone call say that my install appointment had to be changed because of a computer glitch and that they would have to reschedule it. The only time they had available was in three weeks (if you have that long of a wait time maybe you need to either hire more installers of see what your installers are doing for their days work). By the time I finally get it installed will be a month after I purchased it. It is frustrating to deal with a company that is only interested in their bottom line. What every happened to customer service?? obviously, they have forgotten what it takes to to generated repeat business. I spent over $1,000. and received .25 worth of service.

Shopped for black Friday. They did an amazing job with crowd control. They didn't have all the things that were shown to be for sale but reasonable substitutes. We were early in the customers so I was surprised when they didn't have some items. Overall a good experience nonetheless
