Best Buy's greatest strength is found in its extended warranty program. Yes, you will pay extra for it. The value comes in being able to walk in with your "broken" item and walk out a short time later with a new replacement. No, Best Buy does not have a complete inventory of every electronic item available; it's too costly. Lean inventories are a normal, current business practice. No, Best Buy does not employ staff with in-depth knowledge of all their products; they cannot, there is too much to know. Extended warranty. Online store with local pick up. Price matching. These are the strengths of Best Buy that I use and find valuable.

Small but good. Friendly staff seemed to enjoy working there. Same basic setup just smaller, so if you're looking for a specific thing, probably go to a bigger one. But if it's more general you'll probably be fine.

It's about the only electronics store in my area which is why I went here. They are a great example of why people buy more and more online. Everytime I speak to someone they have no clue what they're talking about. They are basically live readers of the info card for the product. Any question outside of what's on the card and it's a "let me look into that". Why pay someone to read me a card? Also, it doesn't make much sense to go into the store to buy when they are out of stock more often than not. Save yourself a trip, go anywhere else.

Get selection and Lots of information. Not many phone cases unless you have a galaxy or iPhone and everything tends toward the pricey side. But went in to price laptops and discovered a desktop with all that i need and more for half the price. Loved being able to touch the models to see what worked for me.

Loved most of my visits here! Easy to order online, and the layout of the store makes geeking out so fun! Shoutout to Golden! He’s fun to talk to. I’d recommend doing your research outside of the store though. I usually come to the store with the exact item I want to buy. If you’re coming here expecting every associate to know what they’re talking about, then you’re going to be disappointed. There was one experience recently where I waited probably for 10-15 minutes for an employee to find the product I wanted to buy. So that was annoying, but I typically am not angered easily. Just thought I’d mention it. Some associates are better at the job, it comes with experience. Most of them are great though!
