One of my favorite malls in the area if not my favorite. Excellent play area for the kids. 360 degree library with funshares chalkboards crayons and more for the kids. Lots of options for shopping and food. Clean Mall clean restrooms excellent kid-friendly bathrooms with small toilets and low sinks. Decent parking. Covered in the winter and rainy weather. I never pay more than a couple bucks for parking. Stroller-friendly mall with friendly security guards and staff. Excellent store selection like altered state and unique places to shop. You can get piercings here and much much more. Definitely a must go to if you are new or passing through Norfolk

Stumbled upon this place while roaming downtown and I’m happy I did. The mall looks very clean and offers plenty for you to buy or look at. My favorite spot in here would be the 8below ice cream stand on the 3rd floor. They serve rolled up ice cream with any toppings you’d like for 50cents per topping. Nearby is a playground which was great because I had a hyper kid after she shared some of my ice cream. Stop by here if you’re in the area, it’s a great place to make time go by and have a good time.

This mall is great! Nice updated design, everything seems very clean including the bathrooms. The only thing negative I can think to say about this place is that I had no idea it was a mall!  We literally just happened to drive through the parking garage on a detour and we realized it must be a mall. Had a very good experience there, I would definitely return.

Great Experiences For Singles and Families.
This mall has a plethora of shops to visit and spend your hard earned money. Also, there is more than enough places to eat to ensure you never go hungry.
Probably the best thing about this mall are the mini comforts. Examples of this are the live music, comfortable seating, and soft lighting. There is seating available all over the mall and it tends to be quiet enough to actually go to the mall and study or get work done.
Best mall in Hampton Roads.

It's a better than average mall. I used to work there and it's got a good variety of shops. I'm partial to Barnes and Noble, Francesca's, Papyrus, Fossil, and Bed, Bath, and Body Works. They've got a Nordstrom's and a Dillard's, so it tends to cater to a high end crock. There is a theatre inside with some RPX screens. Additionally, the food court isn't bad and they have about 3 or 4 independent restaurants. It's a good place to park if you're going to be in downtown Norfolk. It's in walking distance to just about anything around there.
