It is definitely meant for walkers. Trying to find a spot near the store you want is almost impossible. Extremely clean. Lots of choices. For what it's built for its great, but I'd really like the old building. I didn't have to worry about it raining when I want to shop store to store. The cafe had all the choices in one area so it was easier to choose.

Great shopping center.  Something for everyone here.  You can get your shopping done and take the time for a little stroll to get something to eat.  On a nice day it's almost like a little outlet spot.

This is another place in Hampton that has allot to offer to it's visitors. People come from near and far to visit the Town Center, and my family and I visit here on a weekly basis. I recommend the Town Center to everyone if all ages

If I am able to find what I need elsewhere, I do. 

PROS:
--Facility is relatively new and well maintained. Seasonal decorations are tasteful.
--Good variety of stores and restaurants.

CONS:
--SURCHARGE - All businesses impose a surcharge on your purchases (0.5%) just for the privilege to shop at this location. Extra $$ out of your pocket.
--PARKING is disastrous unless you want to use the garage and haul your purchases everywhere with you. 
--DRIVING through the narrow streets with parked cars on both sides and pedestrians everywhere is dangerous and nerve wracking even for experienced drivers, unless you really don't care if you hit something or someone. 
--ACCESS to all establishments is via sidewalk. There is no cover during inclement weather, so prepare for that as well.

Visited the movie theater here. They can use a few upgrades. The arms on the chairs were worn and seats felt a little clammy. Dinner service was nice though
