I love this lenscrafters. I just went in to see if They could help me with my burning contacts. The doctor gave me 2 pairs of new contacts to try out and checked my eyes without charge because it was a follow up. For being a chain it feels small. The receptionist and doctor remembers you by name. The whole staff is Super friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I can see better now than I have in years. Dr. Mack is the best I've found for getting my prescription right on. I have a strong prescription, dry eye, and astigmatism. In addition to getting my prescription just right, she prescribed contacts that handle all of those issue and give me very good vision in very comfortable contacts. After struggling with a little blur in my prescriptions and uncomfortable contacts for years I'm very happy now. I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Mack is the best.

Unfortunately due to incompetent and rude staff, Mack Eye Care will gain a bad reputation. Dr. Mack & Dr. Hay are both competent and thorough. However, the level of competency of their staff leaves much to be desired. Absolutely rude and half doing their jobs does not serve patients well. I have been disappointed by the low level of professionalism of the staff at this location before. Today was the last time. I will sincerely miss Dr. Mack. She is the reason I kept coming back. Even with the rudeness of the office staff.
