It's not always the best experience to go shopping for mattresses and couches but surprisingly it was very pleasent and quick. Daniel the manager and David in the mattress department were very informative and professional.

I guess you have to look a certain way to buy furniture at Macy's . I walked in there with my friend to see about a bedroom set I was looking at online the sales people greeted every one expect us even when we walked by they just stared at us with no greeting. Went to Raymour and Flanagan and got a way better deal for much nicer looking furniture.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered 4 pieces of furniture and never once was asked to measure to see how it might fit. Just wanted to get the sale and add on the protection services. When delivery came, movers said that it wasn't going to fit. I called Macy's only to be told that my sales person was off and that I had to call back the next day (was my sofa supposed to wait in the street?). I spoke to the manager only to have him give me his sales pitch and basically say, "it's not our problem." The only solution provided was for me to call and schedule a person who disassembles and reassembles sofas to make them fit into apartments, at a cost of $275 each piece and to wait an additional two weeks. The manager could not call for me, or even expedite the service. Again, not his or Macy's problem, my problem. Never again. Good prices and good furniture, just watch out for the stereotypical sales people looking to make their commission and budget.
