Fantastic experience. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by Juan F. (if for some odd reason you’re not greeted by one of their greet employees, ask for him) and pointed in the right direction. Juan was extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly patient and not pushy, and we walked away purchasing a couch we loved at an amazing price. He also made sure we knew all the details about the delivery process, so we left feeling confident and excited (bonus for giving us a super detailed history about the Bob’s brand). Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Had an amazing experience at Bobs today. It’s late, I’m tired, but Charlie and Q made my experience seamless. They helped me apply and get approved for a line of credit, get my furniture delivery and set up date, and I got free snacks. The manager (think his name is Gavin) closed my purchase and was really funny. So if need anything else, I’ll definitely be shopping here. Thanks guys. I hate shopping. Y’all made this painless.

After having a terrible experience at Jennifer Furniture it was a relief to have a pleasant shopping experience here. Leslie took great care of us. And Benjamin was amazing. After having to cancel an order at Jennifer because of their bad customer service and “last minute” delivery date change, I’m so glad we came to Bob’s (in the East River Plaza). We should have come here first. They walked us through all the potential challenges of delivering the sofa and even propped the sofa on end to demonstrate how it would look to ensure it would fit up the stairwell. They took so much time with us to guarantee we were satisfied. I highly recommend shopping here. Benjamin and Leslie are lovely people, and genuinely want to make sure they sell the right pieces for you.

The service provided by Juan Fernandez was exceptional. Made sure I get the right sofa for my needs, he made sure my sofa was not only durable but fit my apartment. I have also purchase my mattress with his assistance a couple of year ago and I love the whole process. Best service, Thank you Juan

We went into buy a mattress and there were many great selections at great prices, especially when compared to other furniture places. We also saw a piece that we loved but they were out of stock, but they allowed us to buy it off the floor. Our move in date was not until 2 weeks and they kept it at the store for us until we were able to pick it up. Janice Latimore made it all happen. Very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the items on the floor. Go to Bobs and ask for Janice!
