MARTHA ZAMBRANO is the name of the sales rep.  At this CB2 Who helped me with patience and kindness. I did not go in for a purchase but to pick up a part of an item I had ordered previously. Even though it wasn't something she was responsible for, she went out of her way to get what I needed and made my experience at CB2 wonderful! Watch out for her. I highly recommend it!

They Lost the "pick up" order which was already paid. Travelled 2 hours to the place for nothing.

I recently bought the Soho Moon bed in king size from the store -- or so I thought. I paid $1,300 including delivery and was offered a delivery date in three weeks. On the afternoon of the day before the delivery, I received a phone call from customer service informing me that the bed was out of stock and would not be delivered. I had organized my day around that delivery, all for nothing. Worse, the bed had been discontinued and would NEVER again be available! So they had my money for three weeks, knew my delivery date all along, yet waited until the last possible day to let me know that the item I purchased is no longer available! I'm still scrambling to get a new bed, and still waiting to get my money back from them. My advice: stay away!
