I had a excellent experience here, the sales person was a gentleman beyond belief. The sales person was very helpful threw the whole process. I was able to get his card and info, and returned with proper measurements for the different items purchased from this location. The delivery was a very pleasant experience as well. The gentleman delivering the furniture were very careful with all three (3) items delivered. The delivery men placed all items where they belonged after politely asking us where to place items. Also when it came time for them to leave it seemed almost like the delivery guys did not want to except a tip (which they very much deserved), very nice experience. The whole experience was wonderful. I will be returning to purchase another peace of furniture for my living room. Compared to Bob's furniture this place is countless times better (not that there is anything wrong with Bob's), really over all excellent experience. Raymour and Flanigans stands by their promises and this location at Northern Blvd really deserves your business considerations. Thank you again!

Went here to shop for a couch. Unfortunately, due to some discrepancies in desires between my husband and I, we couldn't come to agreement at this time.  However, the associate that helped us, we want to recommend highly--Howard Quintero, is great! He let us browse at our leisure and was always there for us to answer any questions.  He was not into high pressure sales and respected my wishes when I said we needed more time.  He was very attentive when we wanted different measurements & pricing on on various sectional configurations.  We did end up buying this really amazing Jenson table that caught our eye while we were there.  I would absolutely go back to this store for Howard's help again.  We will revisit soon when we come to a better consensus on the couch issue!

When I happened upon the Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store website for the first time, I was so delighted! Finally, smart and sleek design that is affordable! I ordered a Hughes Sectional sofa and am thrilled with the quality, the color, and the style. Not to mention, the customer service through the process was incredible. If I could give this company 6 stars, I would. Thanks Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store!

I Have bought plenty of pieces for my home from here even my daughter has now moved and bought from Raymour. I always go to my guy Christian he’s always of great help.
