I went into the store today for help with my registry and the sales associate was short, rude, and unhelpful. For all of the brides out there, I suggest you visit a different location to get what you need accomplished.

After visiting the Oak Brook store we found an item. Spent a few more days looking around to see if that was exactly what we wanted. I was able to call the store directly and place order over the phone with Mandi. Very pleased that I didn't have to drive back to Oak Brook. I received a call earlier than expected that item was ready to be shipped. Was given a two hour window for delivery not your typical 4 hour with some companies. They just delivered my furniture and we love it. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience Pottery Barn. I will definitely consider your store when decorating other rooms in my home.

Good sale on lighting fixture that I found online. Parking is almost next to the store. The staff was quick and nice. Love it.
