This is a great store where they remember how to serve a customer.  Recently took my two boys there for a Merit Badge class and the instructor for the class (Lisa(?)) was very patient , cheerful and knowledgeable.  The rest of the staff was great especially Erin who helped me find a usb thumb drive in a hurry and actually at a decent price.  If you need anything help with anything related to any Microsoft product, you need to come here.

The staff at the Oakbrook Center are OUTSTANDING! I took a workshop which the Fox Valley SCORE Chapter offered, and I purchased a computer through them. The staff transferred my files, and added the printer drivers and Outlook to my machine. Meghan was the person who added the printer drivers and Outlook. The staff at this store know the true meaning of customer service. They were extremely professional and were extremely knowledgeable. I am recommending the Microsoft Store to everyone. I speak to. This past week, I went there for another SCORE workshop and they were outstanding. They know the true meaning of customer service!

I would leave no stars if I could. They have terrible customer service. I was having an issue with my surface pro, so I brought it in to the store. They told me they would email me with "status updates" about my device... that was a lie. So after i had to call, multiple times, to see what was going on and how things were going I was told one day that my hard drive might have been corrupt but they still had to see, the next day i was told that everything was fine and they were just gonna install windows 10 and it'll be ready for pick up within the next few days. They they finally called me, I was thinking to tell me my device was ready for pick up,  and nope now my hard drive is corrupt and they say there is nothing they can do. I will never recomend anyone to this store and will most likely just switch over to apple products since they can at least be worked on and not just thrown away when something doesn't work. Worst experience I have ever had not just customer service wise but there techs are under qualified and you can see that when they tell you something one day and something completely different the next.

Store looks great. I really do like Microsoft products particularly the Surface line. Some of the employees have bad attitude, and can be dismissive. If I compare the efficiency, willingness to help and wanting to go the extra mile there is no comparison between this and the Apple Store. It's sad because I don't even use Apple products. Prices are much higher than Amazon. This is a good place to browse for the products and then buy it somewhere else like even the Microsoft online store.

I love the store and I love spending time there. Just there's one bitchy employee that isn't.. The warmest person I guess. Made me leave the store early and piss me off after my visit. Maybe I'll go back another time.
