I love shopping at Macy's, but I was shocked with lack of service here before the holidays. Was wanting to look at earings that were in locked in container, walked all over jewelry area several times, finally found 1 cashier in entire area. Once I found her, she was great. The only departments that were staffed was makeup and perfume areas. I returned a pair of gloves in men's department, was treated like I was interrupting his day. He was probably in his 60's, suit and tie. Thought our generation was all about customer service, he must have missed the class. Don't like being rude, but I say what I think. Hopefully next time I visit will be better..

I have always liked Macy's. I like them even better because of the great discounts you get if you use their credit card. Most of the time, I use the card and pay it right after buying the items. That way you get the great discounts and don't get a bill to pay later.

This store is not well maintained. And Macy's doesn't look like it is doing good. Limited options, cheap rags you can find cheaper and better online

It's convenient and there. My biggest gripe is the fact that more often than not, when I visit the Origins counter there is no one there! Then I have to wander around to the other counters and find someone to at least ring me up, but they do not know the product since they don't work at Origins. I was there today and looked around for someone to help me for 10 minutes before deciding to just leave. I'll try again another day...
