The worst shoe repair place, very impolite people, the worst quality of repair material. Two weeks after repair on photo.

They repaired a backpack's strap and charged me $12. Four months later the other strap needed reattaching, but their new price was $25. When I inquired they said it was too much work. Really? Not only that, the woman, who seems to be a member of the family that runs the business was rude by bluntly telling me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it.

During the summertime this is my favorite mall. We don't have too many open malls like this in the Pacific Northwest. The location of the mall is great as well, planted smack in the middle of town with bike trails and public transit running through it.

I had paid for special Tap-Tips on several pairs of my pointy shoes to protect them from wear, they popped off within the first 2 times wearing them,.......the owner refused to replace them on one of the pairs, saying it was "rough" use, and "normal wear", geeeez, I'm not running a marathon in my heels. He acted like he did not care about keeping my business, when I told him I was going elsewhere. Poor Customer Service!
