The work they do is as they promise it. I'm giving them one star because every time I come they raise the price for the same service and I have to remind them that a week or two ago they charged me something different. Today I tried to leave my third watch for battery exchange and I had a 30% increase because the watch "had an extra screw". The lady has done the same with my ring resizing. I liked their work and convenience but I am tired of that price-raising attitude.

Unbelievably great customer service and quality work. My wife and I decided to upgrade the diamonds in her ring and they did such an excellent job! I will now only go to Getty! Absolutely the best prices and super nice people too!

I was waiting outside of this jeweler for 20 minutes this morning after the published 10 am opening time.  After taking time off of work to be there, I was very disappointed to find an empty, dark store.  Very unprofessional
