All they want is your money. That's all they care about. Was very happy to show you different tuxs and try different things on. But once you paid forget trying to get good service to get things fitted. Got our suits fitted for a wedding didn't even bother cleaning them up or making sure there were no wrinkles. Like seriously!? Spent a ton of money and couldn't even bother to do that. Go some where else.

Bad business! Don't rent Tuxedos from this location. They basically tell you because your only renting the tuxedo you don't have a right to look good. The Manager told me If I wanted the suit fitted I can buy the tuxedo and then they would alter it. I was in a wedding party and I would not buy a tuxedo that was picked by someone else. In the end I had to take the Tuxedo to another location and they ordered the correct size for me which was the issue the whole time. No alterations needed. They just need to listen to customers and offer options.

I hate to give bad reviews I usually just post positive ones but I have to post about this awful expierence I had at this location. I came here years ago to buy suits and it was a good expierence. I came in recently to have the suits altered since they offer free tailoring for the life of the garment. I was swarmed by salesmen trying to sell me a new suit and not to alter the ones I owned. They said it would take 3 weeks I gave them an extra day since I did not need them and they were not ready! They said to come in tomorrow and they would be ready. I went in one suit was altered and fit perfectly the other was not even touched since I dropped it off. What are they doing there? 4 weeks with a suit untouched? There are many other suit stores in the area, do yourself a favor and do not come to this location.

I had no preconceptions walking in but was left with rather bad impressions. This place is a bit sleazy and runs its business like a second hand car lot. The suits are all over priced and offered at a buy one get one off discount essentially forcing customers to buy 2 suits at regular if not still over inflated prices. You can also negotiate a discount if you would rather buy one suit however the discount vary greatly depending on who you speak to. I find the whole experience of having to haggle for a fair price to be degrading and unprofessional. This place is shady and I would not advise anyone from shopping here as many others have concluded from their poor reviews and ratings. Do yourself a favor and visit Bloomingdales. Better selections and prices without all the negative hassles and unprofessional service. This place is a ripoff for anyone who knows suits. The staff are compensated just like car salesmens. Absolutely distasteful and dishonest. Don’t walk, run from this place!

I would leave negative stars if it were possible. Went and got measured for my wedding tux months prior to the event. I am a big guy and was told that they def. had my size and everything would be fine. Got measured in the store. They must have skipped the how to measure day in training because when I went to try on my tux, NOTHING FIT AT ALL. They then told me that I would need a bib vest - which would not match any of my grooms men. What a nightmare. The store manager John was less then helpful and told me, "If you gained a few pounds, that's not our fault". He also then gave me a 1-800 number to complain there because he was quote "too busy here to deal with renters". Never again will I go to mens warehouse for a damn thing. Insulting and rude customer service - actually no customer service at all.
