Simply a shame I have to write a bad review for my local Macy’s store. I ordered online, come to pick it up at the designated area. They have a line exclusively for online orders, only thing is there is no cashier there. So I’m standing for a good 10 minutes thinking the regular line cashier will tell me there’s only one line. I had to ask after the fact they are taking about 4 people from another line. So now I have to make another line to wait after I’ve been waiting already. Bottom line, Macys should not take online orders if they are not going to have a cashier to help customers.

I am so upset I have always enjoyed shopping with Macy's especially during the holidays but this time I have received nothing but horrible customer service first Macy's cancelled my order for a dumb reason because they could not verify my phone number but they took my money no problem then after an out on the phone I had to go in to store and the girl at the make counter refused to answer my questions about products offered at this location then I found out half my order is shipping somewhere else it's has been such a horrible experience with this order I am truly unhappy I feel I spend a good amount of money here I shouldn't be treated this way all I wanted was to buy a few gifts for my loved ones. Hopefully they can do better.

Nike Leggings is what I am looking for. I called before I went down to see if they even had them there. I was transferred at least 5 times back and forth. Nobody wanted to take the WedID number down. I asked can you just check and see even if your not in that department. She said no and left me on hold. What is so hard about taking a WedID number to see if you have the product. Then was told I am busy attending a customer. I said what am I? Am I not a customer. I am still sitting on hold as I am writing this review. 8/18/2017 @ 12:14pm. Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE
