Great staff. Polite and unintrusive. Restrooms located in back of store. Quality items. Best Department Store shopping in Helena.

I rarely go to Macy's these days but when I do I always ask myself, "how do they stay in business?" There are never any other shoppers there and usually more staff than customers. They have a few loyal ones but, on the whole, it feels more like being in a museum than a retail outlet. I guess the Macy's property portfolio is worth Billions but with a perception of high prices, most people are going to shop for value online.

First, I had trouble getting a clerk, & 2nd, the calling the store was of absolute NO help at all!! I was tired, it was night before Xmas Eve, I wanted my purchase & to go home. But Hank you for the 2 ladies who finally showed up!

Pricey but good service.   Men's shirts section was in disarray.  Good products
