Was walking in the mall, never heard of this store before. I walked in and there were clothes everywhere and was about to walk out until I read the signs, everything was on sale. I truly loved the prices. The lines were both extremely long in the fitting room and at the cashier but in my opinion worth the wait. Time is money and if your saving money shopping then its worth the wait. I will come back regularly as long as the prices remain cheaper than my other go to stores. Good job Dillard' s good first impression.

Their staff has terrible customer service skills. Evelyn the so called store manager is the worst and the most unprofessional manager  I have EVER encountered. She is beyond RUDE and OBNOXIOUS you cannot ask her a question without her snapping at you. She needs some serious training on customer service skills and to be taught how to properly speak to customers - or better yet to make it much easier " PLEASE "replace her with a manager that can speak to a customer in a professional way, the way a manager should. I have shopped at Dillard's for at least the past 20 years but due to my horrible past experience with Evelyn ... I won't be back.

I know its Sunday n I know its holiday season. So can u guys get more cashier then just two?? Theres 50 ppl on the line n I ve been waited for over an hour. This is not DMV but it is a department store. Plz get more more more cashier plz plz plz
