I don't know what is going on at this location but they need some customer service training! The last 2 times I've been there I've experienced/seen such terrible customer service. The concept that the customer is always right does not exist here! In both occasions they have been condescending and rude. And when they have their managers come, they are just as bad. They allow their workers to just complain about the customer right in front of them! You can tell there are no repercussion from management when their workers give bad customer service. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SHOPPING ONLINE THAN GOING TO THIS LOCATION!

There beauty section is the worst. They need experienced MUA’s not these older lady’s who run and hide from there customers when they ask for help. There to busy putting makeup on themselves then helping out the customers. The reason I say this is because I asked to know what color product I should pick for my eyebrows. She told me I already had product on my face so she couldn’t and walked away. But isn’t that the reason they have makeup remover wipes? Very unprofessional and very unpleasant employees.

I love shopping at Macy's at Willowbrook in Wayne NJ. Quality merchandise at affordable prices. Sales on brand name shoes are worthy. Staff is usually efficient, helpful and polite.

Wide variety of multiple items set in a classic multi level large department store. Easy to notice in Willowbrook mall which has free parking and near many roads. Some of the selections are a bit tired but after striking out online at lands end retail can sometimes be hard to beat for actual try and buy

Terrible Experience!!! Macy's Willow Brook Mall, Wayne NJ at Men's Shoe Department. I, P. Patel had purchased shoes from Macy's Men's shoe department on 10/31/2017. I went to return the shoes with receipt at the store on 11/26/2017. The employee Ahmed working in the shoe department initially refrained from even accepting the shoes initially. I asked him why? He told me because it was 30 days. When I advised him that it wasn't even 30 days, then he told me that he will check if the system will accept it. Then I was advised with an attitude that he will accept it and threw the shoe in the box with a grudge. Ahmed was acting in such a way that Macy's was owned by him and all the people who come to return the merchandise are not worthy of returning it. I advise people not to shop Men's shoes at Macy's @Willowbrook Mall or be ready to spoil your day like me.
