Jessica in the lingerie department fitted me a couple weeks ago for a bra and I'm so grateful! I've had many disappointing bra fitting experiences, but Dillard's is the only store that actually carries my band size and cup. Jessica made me feel so comfortable and was incredibly intelligent. I've been recommending all of my friends to either go to her or Gisselle and Jammel at the Desert Sky Location.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD, I’m so upset how rude the customer service was at Dillard! DONT go upstairs to the women’s department to the teens department unless you want terrible customer service

Let me start off by saying, I work retail, so I know how people can be. I was not one of those people. After todays experience, I will never shop at this Dillards again. I would rather drive 30 minutes further, even though I only live down the street from this one. I was looking at the record players with my wife. I was planning on buying two, one for me and one for my brother as a birthday gift. I have never had one before and I though they were cool. I had picked up the needle and placed it down to hear the different songs in the store. When setting it down, it made a quick scratch. An older blonde lady working near that section came and screamed at me and my wife. I have never been screamed at in a store like that and I don’t know if she was just tired or what. I know retail is tough, but have some tact. She alone is the reason we will not be returning customers. Overall terrible experience.

I always enjoy going to Dillard's, especially when handbags are on sale. Holly is a wonderful employee and is always corteous and knows her job extremely well. I'm only giving 3 stars today & every time until I can get around in the shoe department. I am in a wheelchair. It is almost impossible for me to move around in that department. The display tables are so close together I can't move around them. Especially today with all the markdowns. I would think a large company like Dillards would care about all of their customers, not just the one's who csn walk unassisted. It is very frustrating for me. The door to the outside doesn't have the push button to open the door either. There is only one door that opens easier than the others (suppose to be the handicap door). However when you have bags in your hands it's hard to keep a door open and move through the door.

My mother just came from this store, and we will never be going here or possibly any Dillard's again. As my mother was walking out of the store, she was accused of stealing a dress that was actually bought from Macy's. After the security guard trying to take the dress multiple times, my mother finally showed the security guard the tag that clearly says Macy's, the manager was involved. After much discussion, it came out the someone named Maria had accused her of taking the dress, and never asked if she purchased that, they just tried to take it. The manager said "sorry" in the snotty tone, and told my mother to stop repeating herself, and was trying to push her out of the store. For someone that spends thousands of dollars, especially around Christmas time, this is a huge insult! The security guard was just listening to someone that clearly didn't know what she was talking about, and the manager has absolutely no customer service at all. We will never shop here again, you don't treat your loyal customers of 10+ years like this, and honestly I've come to expect a lot more from Dillard's. The date of incident was May 20th, 2017. We will be contacting the regional manager on Monday.
