This place has the best deals in town. Everything in the store is always 65% off the price it was in the regular retail store, but the bonus is that every week they have special discount prices on certain items. This could range from the entire store is at an additional 50% off over labor day weekend or items such as juniors, women's dresses, and men's long sleeve woven shirts are anywhere from 40-60% additional discount. The easiest way to know what's on sale every week is to look at the event section of their web page. Also be aware that they don't open until noon and close between 6 and 7pm Tues-Sun. Good luck finding your best deals!

This place requires you to really look. It has many brands, including high end brands like Hugo Boss and Eileen Fisher. Also, depending on the time of year, they have high end home items and hand bags. Unfortunately, it requires the shopper to shop often to catch the best items. Be sure to call ahead to find out if the sale they are having is worth your effort.

I call this place dress heaven! Can’t beat prices especially when they take ADDITIONAL 60% off the clearance prices!!! I love the quality of the luxury clothing brands with awesome price! Closed on Mondays & all sales are Final. It can feel overwhelming at first with the amount of clothing but once you find your sections & sizes it’s worth the search!

I 💘 the Dillard's clearance center in Mesa & heard this was better.  What a disappointment.  Clothes were ripped, torn & hung haphazardly.  The mall was quite run down & the store matched.  Couldn't leave fast enough.  Not worth the 45-min one way drive.

I just learned about this place and decided to check it out. I arrived a little after 12 when they open. There were a few other people casually walking in. There was no rush or any crazy behavior. I went straight for the shoes and saw no one in the aisle for my size. After spending a good amount of time here, I decided to take a tour of the store. There are a ton of dresses from Juniors, to misses, to petites, to women sizes. You can find gowns, prom dresses, casual dresses, short and long. Blazers, separates, shorts, active, pants, jeans, skirts, shirts, sweaters, tank tops, short sleeves. You name it. They had a smaller section for men and kids. There's a tiny home section with mostly bedding.

Here is what you need to know:
-There are no returns/refunds/exchanges.
-There are no shopping carts.
-Grab a navy Dillard's shopping bag at the entrance.
-Do not drag the bag on the floor as you risk damaging your purchases.
-They do have a few dressing rooms so you can try on clothes. But they can get busy so you might need to wait.
-They have full length mirrors scattered around so you can try on shoes or any clothes.
-Plan to spend a few hours if you want to go through the clothing racks.
-Everything is organized by size and seems to be well organized but sometimes you can find something misplaced.
-If you want a certain pair of shoes and it doesn't fit right, look for it in other sizes. You might find your size misplaced.
-If you're not an experienced shopper or have doubts, use trusty google to look for an item and see how much it costs. I noticed the original and sale prices on some shoes were higher than prices you could find online. However after their additional mark down, they were like a real sale.
-They run different sales so keep an eye out for additional discount days.
-Any additional mark downs are posted in each section so be sure to pay attention to the signs where you're making your selections so that you're not surprised at the register.
-Carefully check your desired items for size, shape, color, damage, dirt or any other possible issue. I bought a pair of, what I thought were navy shoes under their light, only to find out they were actually violet in normal lighting.
-Everyone including the shoppers are very friendly. After all this is Arizona so feel free to smile, chat, and be nice.
