In the men's area there were pins everwhere. NOT kid friendly at all. Dusty and dirty around the mens fitting room. Drag a carpet cleaner over the area please. Loud employees not really cleaning or straightening up the unorganized racks or carts full of clothes.

Long story short had to return a stick blender I ordered online because the one that was given to me was used and covered in cat hair. Associate in customer service had me go retrieve a different one myself. Had no idea where it was at. Took 10min to find. Another associate thought I was stealing 🤦🏽‍♀️ Finally got back downstairs to exchange it. First time using buy online and pick up in store and never doing it again. Macy’s please don’t restock used items , especially kitchen gadgets covered in cat hair 😒
