I loved to shop here but now they have shrunk their departments. Still it has wide collection of clothing,shoes and accessories. The staff is good and helpful. They have decorated it nicely and offer nice discounts on most of the products.

Nice as most Macy's are. However, I asked 3 different employees where the restroom is and all 3 said "Just go around the middle aisle". Huh? I did 4 laps before asking another employee to "Please be specific and point me to the restroom!" Only then did the employee explain a precise way to find their very hidden restrooms. By then it was too late 😞

Nice location. Larger selection than most locations. I love the new restrooms! Staff are always friendly. It does take a while sometimes to have find a cashier.

As Macy's go this one in Seattle although located conveniently isn't very impressive. I was surprised to see that all the jackets were locked so you couldn't really try them unless you could get hold of a staff member and they weren't that easy to get hold of. I have had much better experience at the Macy's store in downtown Manhattan and in a number of other Macy's stores in California. This was somehow a disappointment and I returned without buying anything.

This is one of my favorite Macy locations. The staff here is always helpful and accommodating. Macy's online ordering and pick up in store is the best part--very easy to find, quick, and easy!
