I went to the store at the Columbia Mall in Tri-Cities to buy a men's wedding band and Shayane and Clara were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful, didn't push a sale, and knew the product well. I highly recommend these two.

I took my Omega Seamaster GMT watch to have it repaired at Ben Bridge, Seattle, Washington store in April 2014. The watch is like new, never has it been in water or dropped..... it's like new, however, to this date I have not heard from Ben Bridge concerning my watch. Around June I called Ben Bridge to inquire about my Omega watch, the salesman stated: "It is still at the Omega shop (wherever that may be)" end of conversation. It is October 18, 2014, Bend Bridge has not called me about my Omega watch!!!!??? I am concerned! This is not an inexpensive watch.

I came in here looking for a pair of pearl earrings for a present.  The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable even though I was clearly on a small budget.  I was able to find the most gorgeous pair of button pearl earrings at a great price!  I was so pleased with the earrings that I later purchased another pair for myself (from the Ben Bridge in Austin, TX).
