Totally unacceptable experience.. 30 minutes waiting in line for a return to be told they will only return if I buy stuff. Another 30 minutes waiting to checkout. They spend way too much time explaining what New York cash is and their current promotion. Totally inefficient process. I spend over $1000 a year here and won't be back unless something can be done.
