Was in the store on July 5th and heard the manager loudly ranting at an employee who was trying to get time off to be with a sick family member. I've never seen such a callous display of human ugliness. From, "It's not your mom or dad, so you don't have a choice," to "And you can't do anything for her anyway except be there for her," it was so shockingly cold-hearted that it almost seemed satirical. Then, to make it even worse, the manager started ranting to another employee that she couldn't believe someone would prioritize family over work! "People have big families! You're going to call in everytime someone gets sick? She has to realize, she has a job." The fact that she's the manager of the store makes me wonder if that attitude reflects the company's values-- if it does, they don't need my money, or the money of anyone with a family.

Never shop at these stores my daughter bought me a pair of boots, never wear them because of heel( bad for my back), tried taking them back for an exchange, but manager claimed I had warn them so they would not exchange plus had a Bad Attitude.
