The manager was a joy... But the worker was annoying. She literally tried to get my attention just to put the dress back on the hanger. Let me remind u that my daughter hadn't even tried the dress on yet. I don't work at Macy's ma'am.

From today's visit I was disappointed by the caliber of people this store carters to now. VERY LOW END SHOPER, Not to my liking. Also the store had a smell ( body odor ) probably from no A/C being at a good temperature and/or non working. Take your pic. Update on 2,18,2018 Macy's Friendly Center must be closing. The store is empty & what is there is cheep off brand. The high end name brands are gone. This is the decline of Friendly Center forsure. It moves down to one star on my reviews.

I shop at Macy's frequently and most of the time I have dealt with associates who seem to have no personality. Associate 10386904 was completely uninterested and unfriendly. I went to do an exchange but the item that i wanted was no longer in store, she said she could not order it for me until AFTER she had proceeded with returning my money. That is not at all what i wanted to do. I told her since the beginning that the item was online and all she said was okay, no other information came from her. Had she explained that in the beginning i would have tried to contact Macy's customer service to see what i could do. It was a Christmas present that i had loved, but the prices went up from what had been paid originally.

I would have given Macy's 5 stars if it wasn't for the problem of checking out. Well the floor services good, when you try to check out it's almost impossible to find a register.
