I feel bad for the lady behind the counter of the watches while my brother and I were there to buy a birthday present. We kept looking at different watches, which caused her to keep taking in and out different watches. We finally set our minds on this smart watch that we knew was the one. After ringing us up and setting warranty, we realized that this smart watch would not work with her phone. So we had to completely cancel everything and we started the whole dance again, but we eventually picked another watch out and purchased it. I'm thankful she had the patience to help us!

I feel like the quality of Macy's has definitely gone down over the years. I received a nice dress as a gift and wanted to exchange it for a purse. I had to go to the dress department to get a gift card for the dress then go to the purse department to buy the purse. Then the sales clerk for the hand bag department was no where to be found. It seemed like a lot of unnecessary running around for a simple transaction with in the same store.

They no longer keep this store stocked. Lots of empty shelves. They're not turning on the air conditioning often enough so it gets really hot. There are other department stores in this mall that treat customers better.

Great atmosphere and products. I've been coming here for a long time it's definelty my go-to spot! There are just so many things and so many deals! No wonder it has stayed in the mall for so many years! The customer service is great! The place is nice and clean and organized. I will without a doubt always recommend this place!!!

This is for one of the employees in Macy’s (women’s Junior section). I went there two times for returns (I do online shopping) and there was the same old Indian lady. Both times I had worse experience with her. I have worked in customer service and I know how important it is to be nice and gentle with customers. This lady was very rude at my first visit but I considered thinking she had a bad day. But the next time I went there was on Christmas Eve. And when I saw her on counter, I told my boyfriend, that is the lady I had bad experience with. But still I had a feeling she might be nice this time. But again this time, she had same attitude, never respecting, feeling herself the boss. Then at the end, I asked what her name was because she didn’t have any name tag. Then she replied I don’t have name and left the counter as quickly as she could. I don’t know why macy’s have such employee. I won’t shop at Macy’s if the same person will be in that section. Why wouldn’t she be telling me her name if she wasn’t sure that what she did was wrong?? Macy’s will loose their valuable customers if she will be there. Thank you
