Have been a good customer for a few years.    Lost my glasses needed to get in quick but they could not work me in for an exam.    They seemed to busy to help a client in an emergency.  So I will be going somewhere else in the future.   It's a shame they are so inflexible.

Dr. Montgomery Vickers was really really great with my 5 year old son. Dr Wilken is my doctor so I am not sure how my son got Dr Vickers but after yesterday's experience with Dr Vickers I am switching lol. No hard feelings Dr Wilken :)

Their customer service is excellent.

The staff and Optometrist were great.  My only concern was that I specifically asks to see an Ophthalmologist.  I was told they had one and made my appointment.  Months later still having issues with my eyes.  I called and asked for the name of the Ophthalmologist that I saw and was told it was an Optometrist.  Really??????? Now how am I going to pay to see the doctor when I have already paid you?????
