Usually the service here is great. Today I came in. One gent said they would be with me in a little bit. I waited 32 min. Not else was said to me. They were still helping the same people.

I just had the best experience with Cameron T. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and it made it easier for us to decide. He also did everything he could to make sure we were getting the best deal on our products and plan.

When I first went to this store they were good. Now that I have a POS S8 that texting works half the time, not so much. I was guaranteed that i would have a replacement phone on the 4th. I even ask are you sure that is a holiday and was told yes. Today 7/5 I call to see if the phone is in and it is not . I was told that I could try and find another store that would have a loaner phone( useless as I need my phone  for work email). And they can't tell if the phone will be there today or not.  And in the middle of feeding me a line of BS I was hung up on. I was with Verizon for years and made the switch to T mobile for international data. Worst move I really miss Verizon better service in the store and for the phone. worst is I have a 750 dollar phone that is crappier that the 2 year old one it replaced. Do you self a favor and avoid this store and T mobile.

I went to store because tech support ask me to go and get Sim card change the guy was rude unprofessional make me frustrated I ask him let me talk to your manager he said there is no manager go to other locations .He kept  argue with me trying to make me more frustrating keep saying something.
