The staff was very compassionate and the facility is more than just a regular ER room.  I was treated in a reasonable time frame, did not have to wait for any length of time. They sent me home with a tote full of goodies and I received a dozen chocolate chip cookies 2 days after my visit. 
They exceeded all my expectations in every way possible!
I highly recommend with 5 stars!

I have been to this facility twice and the customer service has always been amazing! The first time was for a sinus infection and I got in and out within an hour. The second time was for a kidney stone. I was in horrible pain and they got me into the back very quickly and they helped me get so comfortable. All of the staff is so friendly and willing to provide any service needed. Having my kidney stone was very painful and each staff member was offering help and support when needing to get up and down out of the bed. I would definitely recommend this location!

Doctor was very knowledgeable and showed experience in her explanations. Spent time with my husband to explain condition and how to treat it at home if it happened again as well as prevent it. Gave several options for treatment, worked with what we needed. Even gave us the option to return later that day if didn't get better at no additional fee. Very professional doctor and nurse. Whole staff made us feel comfortable. This was our first time here and I was a little nervous about what kind of treatment we would get, but I feel very comfortable returning if the need arrises.

I arrived with a bad stomach virus while on vacation. I was greeted with friendly and patient staff members. They treated my friend who drove me with such kindness. The nurses are so friendly. This was the first time staying overnight and alone in an ER. My stay was extraordinarily peaceful and it helped with my anxiety. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help.

The medical staff who work this location are VERY Courteous, friendly, caring, but most important... PROFESSIONAL! My son was constantly up and down with fever. Just when we thought he was better, he would get sent home from school after running a fever the morning of. We learned that day he had the FLU! They did everything above and beyond what a normal ER would not have done. Thank you Coppell ER for all that you did to make sure my son was taken care of, after a very rough ending to last year as well into the new year you guys were a blessing.
