I love the products. But honestly unless you are going for a Holiday sale they tend to be overpriced. They have some great Formal wear and perfumes/colognes. I recommend price checking something at other stores before just purchasing from Macys.

The employees were outstanding. Made me feel very good about my choices. Not to pushy but very charming.Helped me with all my purchases.

Went to pickup an online order in the store and there was no one to help me out for a long time. I was made to go to different sections of the store to pickup the items even though all are from the same online order. Customer service could have been better and the online order pickup service could have been managed properly as well.

Went there with my significant other to buy bedding. The store was so organized and well put together compared to other stores in the metro area. One of the people in the department was incredibly helpful in picking out different bedding, pillow and linen options varying in styles, fabric and prices to fit our wants/needs. This will definitely be the store I frequent from now on.

I asked an employee in the dress department to help me hold a dress at another location and she was on the phone for not even 2 minutes and hung up and said “i can’t do this it’s going to take too long” and had attitude with me.
