Ryan is a very knowledgeable employee at the Walking Company. I told him my foot issues and he was able to point me to the correct show right away, as well as to the correct orthotic, after doing a 3D scan of my feet in the walking and standing positions. The store also has a 30 day return policy on the shoes and orthotics, as long as they tried out/used indoors only. I feel very confident that if the shoes I got don't work out in the long run, Ryan will be able to point you to the another suitable pair to try! Thank you Ryan for your help today!!!!!

The customer service person was very helpful in picking out work shoes abs recommending a good fit.

Rude help,  was there today at the Ridgedale location.  We asked her for a size to try on in a boot and she didn't have it so we asked for another color and she actually rolled her eyes because she had to go look again. I'll give my business to a store with employees who know that being friendly is part of the job.

They are not at Ridgedale. Goggle says they are, all the signs at Ridgedale say they are but they are not. Don't waste your gas driving there.
