Do your research before going into the show room, know what you're looking for and don't impulse buy. Ask for their best and final offer including tax and delivery. Then go home and sleep on it, they won't push you too hard. When you wake up if it seems like a good deal then go buy some great new furniture. If you're struggling with the price or how to make payments then just wait 6 months and try again.

We had a great experience choosing a mattress because of the perfect attention given to us by Dustin. He knew everything about the choices that we could make and help guide us to the best selection. He was patient and had a very engaging personality. It was a pleasure to have our order handled by him. We would gladly recommend Ashley Furniture for any home purchases. The assistance by Dustin and his supervisor was exceptional.

Came in to shop for a new living room set, my sales man WALTER was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back. It was a great shopping experience.

Purchased a sofa and chair with ottoman with no issues. Delivery was quick as well. My salesman, Walter, was great! He was very friendly and, once I decided on my purchase, we chatted during the whole transaction. No pressure while I was shopping either - which is what I need in order to feel comfortable; otherwise, I will just politely leave. I have been in the store a few times and he was absolutely the best!

My husband and I walked into Ashley furniture unsure of what we wanted. We were immediately greeted at the door by our sales associate, Vernon. He allowed us our space to explore and checked back in on us when the timing was right. Vernon-our sales associate Worked with us, recognized our pricing needs and helped us out a ton! I would come back to this store specifically to work with Vernon. Nice, honest, and charismatic man! My husband and I always agree that before we spend our money, we want to make sure our money is given towards nice and hard working people. That is exactly what we got here with Vernon and we felt as if our purchase was very deserving to his work!
