Based on the shoe department. Came in with my daughter to get new shoes. Three employees standing there talking minutes before finally acknowledging us. I had 2 pairs to try on. Women "helping" didn't bother to ask what size my daughter wears now or bother to measure her foot. Needless to say the size she gave us to try on we're WAY too big. She was nowhere to be found to assist anymore so we left. Horrible service

We only came in to get a security tag removed because they forgot to the first time but we had to stand there in line for over an hour. They weren't even apologetic about the situation after we explained it to them. Worst Macy's experience ever.

Got some Cole Haan shoes and they are awesome. The service was also nice. They offer lots of many good deals as well. Will come back.

I was very upset by the condition of the store. Floor fans were located in various places on the floor. The carpeting was stained and not very clean. It seemed as though there was an over abundance of merchandise. Mostly crammed together and difficult to look thru. I had received coupons in the mail that had so many restrictions. Out of the 4 coupons I received in the mail, I didn't qualify for any discounts. And, the reason I went to Macy's was to get some great buys. The sales associate was very young but very knowledgeable and tried to use my coupons but none qualified. She was pleasant anf friendly. I think the coupons were a hook to get me in the store.

Great place to find what I need. concern in clothing. Unfortunately not all costumer service are able to help or answer question or give suggestions but on the bright side Cathy helped me and did a fantastic job Thank you Cathy
