Today I tried to return a dress my teenage daughter bought about a week ago and the cashier at Woodfield mall named Arielle denied the return because the price tag was a little worn around the hole where the plastic tag holder goes through. Arielle stated the tag was tampered with. My daughter didn’t even wear the dress , her school dance is not until next month. It’s ridiculous they sell you the dress with the tag in that condition but then they make the excuse you tampered with the tag. The tag looks perfectly fine.

Similar to Charlette Rouse, cloths for teens and people in their 20s. Good selection of clothes at a resonable price. Staff could be more polite or helpful.

I used to come all the time because of their incredible low clearance prices, but now their just about the same price as original...

It required me to choose a star but honestly this location is 0 STARS! I came in to the store looking for pants and was asking for advice and the employee there just pointed to the rack and said that she doesn't even buy her jeans there. I asked other employees and they just stood there and talked to one another and didn't even attempt to help me. 

I asked another employee if they had black skirts and she told me that they didn't sell any. I proceeded to look in the store and located a few and walked back to that same employee with the skirts I found and showed her that they did have them. 

The associates there were really rude and lazy!

I manage my own store and I WOULD FIRE THESE PEOPLE INSTANTLY! I RECOMMEND THAT MANAGEMENT THERE SHOULD RECONSIDER AND RETRAIN THEIR ASSOCIATES!

They are super rude! They  Don’t make you feel welcome ,&  they don’t help you at all !!!
