Classic fraud.  I purchased two shirts from a "2 for $30" rack, but when I looked back at my receipt, I was charged $24.99 for each shirt.  I called up the store for a refund, and of course they "don't have the technology" to give refunds over the phone.  Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a terrible experience today here. The sales rep named Eric took a hell lot of time which was 30-40 minutes just for the exchange. My brother brought some clothes this month for my daughter. But unfortunately they were all small for her. So I wanted to get it exchanged for bigger sizes. The total my brother paid was $43.10 for 4 pants & 4 t-shirts which he got from the sale. I came in today  & I knew there was no sale today so I just got 4 pants for $9.99 each of bigger size. I was expecting it to be some where around $45 including taxes. So I guess that I would have to pay around $2 or $3 extra in return of the exchanged items.  But I was shocked when the sales rep told me to pay $35. I tried to get clarification from him but he said this is what the system is showing and was unable to explain. I asked for the manager or senior rep to be called and he asked for the rep standing next to him. I am not sure if she was manager or a senior rep. Even she was unable to explain. So I asked to refund the money. They told they can only give store credit and so I agreed for it. He gave me the sore credit for only for $40.20. I asked him again that I should be getting $43.19 in store credit for the return items. He declined & again blamed the system. I don't mind if he is taking time but atleast he should have done it correctly. I really don't understand his calculations how he did. Bad experience with unknowledgeable staff.

Huge sale but unorganized. There were sale signs above clothes that I believed were part of the clearance. At the register I had a dress that I thought was 5$ which actually rang up to 27$. Before leaving I checked if there were other dresses like the one I chose, there were. They all had tags that said 20$ not 27$. There were probably a lot of complications at the registers from customers who might have also believed that the clothing they chose were on sale but ended up not. Just needs to seriously be organized and not have random sale signs above sectioned clothes if they're not the sale price.

I love this H&M, it is so well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fitting rooms are a decent size, a little bigger than usual, the clothes there are great. They are inexpensive. there are a lot of colors, and a lot of choices. I dont think there are plus sized clothes. The music always is good, and is very comforting.
