I've always loved this store. Great selection of affordable and more high end items with decent sales. Generally the items they sell are of a nicer more refined quality. I've also never been treated rudely here by employees and find that they're often friendly and helpful. My Grammy loves it here too. Hoping the retail apocalypse doesn't take macys

I’m only giving this place 5 stars because of these two women named Barbara and Jessica. I came here to make a payment and two workers were not able to help me and one of them didn’t even know how to call a manager. Then I went to a 3rd register and stumbled upon a woman named Barbara and another one name Jessica. They were able to pull my check through and were so damn helpful. I really appreciated it.

My handles on my Michael kors purse didn't wear well it was a gift from my husband last year,, rest of purse is in excellent condition, they told us we had a 1 year warranty brought it back today and gave me a hard time next time I will shop at Lord and Taylor's and Bloomingdales at Bridgewater mall,,will not buy a 300 purse or any purse at Macy's in the Lehigh valley mall again,,8.20.2017 probably used the purse 10 times in 1 year,they should have taken back for new handles,lost another customer,who has shopped at spent a lot of money over the years,I rather drive 40 minutes and get better treatment at other malls
