Every time we visit the store, the staff will not acknowledge that we are there. There are NO hellos, smiles, or offerings to assist you. I waited at the register for a half an hour (intending on purchasing a throw blanket) and no one ever came to ring me up. I had even made eye contact with two workers and asked one to assist me, and I received a blank stare and she walked away. I put the throw blanket back and walked out. The second time (and last time) I visited, I was going to purchase an artificial plant. Again, history repeats itself and no one came to ring me up.

Every time I come here they never acknowledge that you're even in the store. No hello, can I help you, not even a friendly smile. I went 3 times planning on buying a new living room set and left without purchasing anything due to their lack of customer service. They clearly do not care about the customers.

We ordered over 10k dollars worth of furniture from this store. We had estimated delivery dates for each item (3+ items). One sofa showed up and when the other items were supposed to be delivered but we're not we called the store...where they proceeded to tell us that now all of a sudden the rest of the furniture would not be delivered for another 3 months. We had an option to either choose new fabrics or cancel the order. We had no furniture in our room at this point and decided to cancel the order. They charged our credit card for all of the items mind you. Once canceled we were told that once the sofa (love seat) was returned (which had rust stains on it upon delivery) that we would be credited for everything. Well the sofa was returned and we never received credit for any of the items. We contacted the store asking why and for assistance where we were told 3-3-5 days...multiple times. Now it has been over a month abd we received finance charges on the card (which we were also told not to worry about and that we wouldn't get charged..well we did). We were lied to multiple times and got the run around from the store. We are still worked to get our money back and it has been an absolute nightmare. I warn anyone who might go to this store and order anything. It has been the most difficult process I've ever seen. You've been warned.

Purchased online a Hayden faucet ($399) for bathroom reno job two years ago. Several weeks ago the faucet started leaking to the point of a stream of water. Problem was the cylinder in the cold water handle. I called PB to see if I could get a new cylinder as none of the local plumbing stores carried it. They said this faucet is no longer available, but an almost identical one (the Exton $550) did not have parts available either. These are expensive throw away faucets, if anything goes wrong with them, you are out of luck as parts are not available. Stick to Kohler or Moen as parts are available at fairly reasonable rates. I learned my lesson the hard way, trying to keep some other poor soul from throwing their money away like I did.
