We went to the Mattress Warehouse in Whitehall, PA about a month ago, and Lori was the saleswoman who helped us. She was absolutely awesome. When I mentioned my budget, she kindly didn't show me any of the mattresses that were outside of that cut off. She also listened when I explained what problems I was experiencing with my current mattress and pillow and tried to find products that could be solutions. Kind, funny, and knowledgeable, Lori made finding a new mattress far easier and less terrifying than I was expecting. My new mattress and pillow are fantastic, and I haven't had any of the pains associated with my old mattress that I shared with Lori. Would 100% recommend Lori's expertise to anyone looking for a mattress and would absolutely recommend Mattress Warehouse as the place to go.

We purchased a mattress from Lori and she was very helpful and kind. She did not pressure us into anything and we ended up going with her first recommendation even after she showed us a few others, she had it right the first time. Great experience as a customer using the bedmatch, it matched us to our perfect mattress! Thanks Lori!

Let's just start out by saying I would rather close my hand in a car door than go mattress shopping! That being being said, I want to thank Laurie and her staff for turning a task equal to a colonoscopy into a fun afternoon. Her entire team is friendly and listens to your needs while guiding you based on their experiences. Having slept on a painful Casper mattress the past 2 years, we are finally waking up pain free. Don't waste your time with all the other stores in Whitehall like we did! Many Thanks!

The staff did a great job. We had trouble with the first mattress and the store went above and beyond to make sure we got a mattress that was much more comfortable. I would definitely buy from again.
