I called to get a cake made the girl or lady who ever took my order was very nice we went over the details of how i wanted the cake, even sent her a picture we also went over the flavors and everything. She told me the price of the cake and i agreed she also told me i had to put a deposit down on the cake which wasnt a problem that was fine i had the money in my wallet to pay but never told me i had to be there at a certain time to pay it all she said is that they closed at 7. When i called back to see if they wanted me to pay cash or by check. They told me that they couldnt make it anymore because the deposit wasnt paid before a certain time( Which was not told to me). Nobody bothered to call me to let me know that they wasnt going to do the cake or that the deposit needed to be payed as soon as possible or they wouldnt be able to make the cake. So from thinking they was making the cake i stopped looking around at other places. So unprofessional im very upset and disappointed now its to late to find someone else to make it, thanks to one of Mad Batter Bakery's employees. I live 5 minutes away from their bakery i could of ran over there if i would of only know i had a time limit to pay the deposit. Very disappointed i could of been looking other places to have the cake made im so UPSET right now😠😥

I saw a commercial on tv showing doughnuts and a assorted bakery items.i am so dissapointed drove 27 miles and got 1ftitter 6 doughnut holes 1 pie.$24.not.impressed

Yum! What a treat. I love their cakes, pies, breakfast food and ESPECIALLY their king cakes!
