Had the Langostina lobster pasta with truffle cream sauce. Was delicious! Love truffles~ Service was great! Ambiance is okay. Alfredo is also really good, too. So glad this place is a chain and I live right by one. I had my engagement party at the Old Orchard location downstairs in the party room. Everything was perfect with 3 waiters to accommodate our needs!

I ordered something with chicken and I thought it was a little under cooked and stringy. I told our waiter, Mike, and he let me pick anything I wanted from the menu to order. He was super nice and really considerate. I got the flatbread and it was beyond magnificent. They didn't charge us for the flatbread OR my original meal. Excellent service and staff really cares about customers. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

This was the first time me and my daughters went to maggiano's. We are not big fans of eating restaurant food...the place was clean and calm when we arrived...we were seated in a booth which was fine but we soon found out the booths are not for short people....this morning my legs are sore because they didnt touch the ground. 
The waiter had bad breath and never refilled my glass even after being asked ...the plates for bread were dirty and I asked that they be removed. The cook was told it was our first time there and she came out to greet us and gave my girls a appetizer...she gave us ideas on what she thought we would like ...she was a very sweet lady ....wished she worked at a better location ....
Fast forward the food comes and I go to open the napkin and the folks were all bent out of shape and so was the next set and they had food lefted on them...we ended up eating with plastic  forks but then my chicken was under cooked and some noodles were hard ....so long story short save your money and go to a different location ....

Maggiano's Little is awesome Italian restaurant. This is my go to place for Italian delicacies. Great food and awesome staff. Food is outstanding

I really liked this place and the managers are extremely nice!! However..the waiter ive had the last few times was rude, the last time he forgot to give us our take home dessert so when he came back we informed him and he said he forgot to add it to the bill also so after i originally paid he then comes back with a new bill and said he voided out the one i just paid and he added another 15 dollars to it. 

Well because of his rudeness and how he disappeared throughout the dinner it came out of his tip! He also was very short with his responces and seemed like he didnt want to even take orders,

he actually ruined what was supposed to be a good night out because his attitude put me in a mood. So as long as he is working there i will not be returning. I generously gave this place 3 stars only because its at the mall i really like otherwise it would get 1 star! 

Plus the managers are really nice.
