Worst customer service I've ever encountered! Do not go here take your business to another establishment. My visit was 5/29/18 at 10:05 pm, we went through the drive through and waited behind another car for approx. 14 min because her fries weren't hot and her chicken sandwich didn't pass her fresh test. The driver in the vehicle ahead of us had another sandwich made for her and a order of fries to compensate her for her time I suppose. As I drive up to the window to pick up my frosty and fries all 5 employees on shift at the time  were chatting about the previous customer in the far corner of the building an  totally neglecting me at the pull up window. After another longer than necessary wait... Approx. 6 min (why would you not have a frosty and fries ready for your next customer if they ordered over 20 minutes ago?) the employee hands me my food without any acknowledgement about sorry for the wait or have a good night. This encounter has changed my opinion of Wendy's for sure, I'll never go back. I hope there is some training for these individuals in the near future. Sorry about the rant.

Was told there was the works on Jr chzbgr deluxe.  Was lies too. Also didn't get a fork for my chili cheese fries. Meh.  Drive through is bad... But inside is better

Employee was touching my fries with her bare hand. You need to wear gloves when you work with food.

It's Wendy's...but I was incredibly unimpressed.  Burger was barely warm and the cheese was cold.  Staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized even though they weren't busy at all.  Slow and no sense of urgency.

If I could give a half star I would. Very poor service in the drive thru - employees were not courteous, even after waiting a long time in line.
