Came in after work for a quick bite and drink in the bar area. Marcus W. was perfect. He didn’t hover over me, gave me time to come in, get settled, and look over the menu. Suggested a great cocktail, the Bourbon and Honey I believe. The food was efficient and great as always and he was in eye sight/attentive the entire time. If you want to relax after a long day of work or come with friends/family I definitely suggest this location.

Went on a Sunday afternoon with family. No waiting time. The service was quick and the food was yum. However, I felt the crab bites tasted a bit different from other locations and were smaller in size. Rest of the food was super tasty. The Cheesecake to-go order however took a long time, but was worth the wait for sure. Would visit again!

We had a great server, however the manager was so rude! We waited over an hour for our food. Our server apologized and went to go ask the manager to give us a discount or free cheesecake. There were 6 of us in our party and he only wanted to give 3 free desserts. I understand it's a loss of money, but all of us were on separate checks and we all waited. When we explained to the manager about what was going on, he changed his story 3 times and without saying it outright, called us liars. I've worked in the restaurant business for a very long time, and rarely ever complain, but he was so rude to us! Thanks to our server though, he worked it out where we each got 50% of our dessert. We were not there looking for a free handout, we were there to celebrate. Most of us drove over an hour to be there, just to have a horrible experience.

Our poor waitress, Jasmine D, is killing it on the floor but she seems to be the only person working here while everyone else hides. Her positive energy and attitude keep the place in business. 
However, it always takes us 2 hours to eat here as our food takes a very long time to come out. 
Can you please work on the rest of your staff’s professionalism and work ethic.

Love the cheesecake factory but why 3 stars? They have changed a lot and I would call it a "downgrade" instead of a change!
The burgers taste different.
Burgers use to come with lots of fries some would fall off the plate literally but now the fries portion is a cup?!
The cheesecake factory has been know for its generous portions but why the sudden change?!!
