My hair is natural.  Went there on Friday to get it done.  They roller set it, then blew it dry and flat-ironed it.  Looked okay, but by Saturday morning, you couldn't tell I had anything done to it.  Tried them, but going back to my old stylist.  I think part of the problem is they don't oil the scalp.  They sprayed something on it for a little sheen, but that's it.  If there's humidity outside -- forget about it.

I have all natural hair and when I asked for a roller set they said my hair was too natural for a roller set. WTH does "too natural" mean?
Just because I have a tight curl doesn't mean my hair is course or hard. I have very soft natural hair and I've gotten a roller set at other Dominican salons before with no problem. Ignorant women with no sense, burnt my hair straight and my sides are permanently damaged. I will NEVER go back to them again. They would be better off saying "we don't do natural hair" instead of damaging my hair. WARNING !! Beautiful black women with natural hair DO NOT GO HERE!! Iv I could give ZERO stars I would

I've been going to Magic Dominican since they  opened up and I get treated with respect and never have to wait. My hair always look amazing.

I have visited here twice. They are not afro friendly. I was told my hair was too natural for a roller set. A discussion was held about how my hair was muy durro. Very hard in spanish. 
Sucking teeth. I didn't feel welcome.
The second time I went there I recieved a blow out that burned my hair straight. The damage is permanent. When I called to complain, the stylist told me that heat couldn't straighten hair permanently. Only chemicals.

They are not well informed and rude in their ignorance. Not recommended for type 4 hair.

I love that the staff are so nice and I love that they take your time make you look good. There is a little to no wait. They are my "go to" salon for a wash and blow dry
