I purchased this hair on December 22 2017. It’s January 2, 2018 and this hair is rediculously unusable. I followed the directions regarding co-washing and installation to a t. Despite this, my hair literally matted and damn near locked. Of course, the store has a NO EXCHANGE and No Return Policy. Clearly seems like the purpose this policy. is to sell synthetic bundles at random. I’ve been robbed!!! Do not go here!!!

My friend and I both purchased this hair before 22’24’26 it shedded so much. The bundles were thinning out and getting shorter and shorter. Definitely didn’t hold any curls well! I say this hair is only suitable for quick weaves or something quick but because of the prices it’s why ppl are so drawn too it. I do recommend getting your money’s worth at another hair company.

I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years now and have always been satisfied with the product and customer service, but today I received HORRIBLE customer service. The cashier forgot to charge the discount to my order and over charged me. She didn't even tell me she "accidentally" did this. Thankfully I always check my receipt and noticed that I was overcharged. When I pointed this out to her she said there was nothing she can do and that there aren't any refunds. How can a customer not be refunded when they were incorrectly charged? All she had to say to me was I did not incorrectly charge you and a I did not have to give you a discount. She was very unwilling to help me and what makes it all worse is that when I asked to speak to the store manager she said she was the manager and that if I had any problems to call the corporaye office. I will definitely be calling because the service I received was completely unacceptable!

Great service. Called before I came in was looking something that I can reuse. Since I don't wear weaves often. She gave me lots of info on how to care for the hair. I just finished conditioning the hair, doesn't tangle. Don't need to comb to much for this one. Thanks Hun!!!

Horrible. I spent $289 on their Peruvian deep wave. 1st of all, my 14" and 16" bundles were the exact same lengths, and on the shorter side. I opened up the 18" to start making my wig and it shed so much even after sealing the weft. All hair sheds but this hair shed 5x more than any other virgin hair I've bought. I went here for a bargain and got what I paid for.
However, I will say that the hair itself is beautiful, but the weft construction is horrible and very flimsy. I'll be contacting them to see if I can return the other two I haven't opened.
